HATFIELD, District Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana, Great Falls Division. The trustee in bankruptcy appeals the decision denying its claim of title to certain personal property held on consignment by the bankrupt. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334. For reasons contained herein the order of the Bankruptcy Court is AFFIRMED...
