Charles Daniels (Daniels), an employee of Woolco Stores, was injured in a fall from a collapsing loading ramp. The loading ramp was owned by respondent Las Vegas Transfer & Storage (LVTS), a common carrier, which was employed by Woolco to deliver and unload merchandise.
