Jeffrey Paul Long was convicted of four counts of burglary and sentenced to five years' probation. Subsequently a petition was filed seeking the revocation of the probated sentence based upon a violation of the terms of probation. The probation was revoked on February 20, 1981. His appointed attorney filed a motion to withdraw as counsel pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (87 S.C. 1396, 18 LE2d 493). In...
