Ingersoll-Rand Company (I-R) appeals from a judgment of the district court1 based on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs Thomas Walsh and Jack Roberts and from an order entered by the trial court denying I-R's motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial. We reverse and remand for a new trial on the grounds that evidence of humiliation, embarrassment and career disruption was erroneously admitted...
