SMITH, Justice.

This is a declaratory judgment suited filed by Xerox Corporation requesting the court to declare unconstitutional certain ad valorem Texas assessed against it by the City of Houston, the Houston Independent School District, Harris County, and the State of Texas, and seeking injunctive relief. The trial court entered judgment declaring the taxes unconstitutional and enjoined the collection of the taxes.
