Defendant appeals from the judgment on his conviction for Robbery in the First Degree (ORS 164.415) and Burglary in the First Degree (ORS 164.225).1 The trial court sentenced defendant to concurrent terms of 10 years on the burglary conviction and 20 years on the robbery conviction. The trial court also imposed minimum sentences of 5 and 10 years, pursuant to ORS 161.610 and ORS 144.110 respectively, to run concurrently...
