OPINION

SCOTT, Judge.

The appellant was convicted of aggravated rape and received a sentence of twenty-five years in the state penitentiary. He was also convicted of attempt to commit a felony and sentenced to not less than one nor more than two years in the state penitentiary. Finding him to be an habitual criminal, the jury enhanced the punishment for the aggravated rape conviction to life...
