The plaintiff, Patricia C. Durkee, filed a complaint for divorce on April 25, 1977, against Allen Bruce Durkee of Naples, Florida. A judgment of divorce for the cause of "desertion" was entered on October 20, 1978, in the Probate Court for Essex County.
