This case arises from a motor vehicle collision between a truck owned by appellant, Mustang Electrical Services, Inc., and driven by one of its drivers, and a vehicle owned and driven by appellee, Ussery H. Nipper. Mustang brought suit against Nipper for damages to its vehicle and Nipper counter-claimed for personal injuries and property damages.
