Defendant Louis M. Klar was charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute marijuana. R.S. 40:966. Defendant's motion to suppress was denied, and he changed his plea to guilty, reserving his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress. State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La. 1976). Defendant was sentenced to three years imprisonment at hard labor...
