This is a case of termination of the rights of a biological father. Appellant, Mark Sonny Najar, was at time of trial, serving a fifty-year sentence in the Texas Department of Corrections. He is the undisputed biological father of a twelve-year-old boy. The child was illegitimate as to appellant.
