Midway has obtained copyright registrations on many of these games, including Galaxian, Pac-Man, and Rally-X. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants1 are engaged in the manufacture, distribution, and sale of video games which are virtually identical to the plaintiff's Galaxian, Pac-Man and Rally...
