This is an appeal by the State of Nebraska and the guardian ad litem of Shawna Kimsey, minor child born December 4, 1976. The appellants assign as error the District Court's finding that there was no clear and convincing evidence presented to justify the county court's termination ot parental rights of the father, Dennis Kimsey, to Shawna Kimsey.
