This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for theft in the first degree pursuant to a jury verdict. The indictment alleged that from September, 1977 through November, 1977, the appellant obtained property of a value in excess of $200 of the Hawaii Child Centers subject to a known legal obligation to make a specified payment or other disposition and failed to do so but dealt with the property as her own with intent to deprive the Hawaii Child...
