Defendant was indicted for the offenses of kidnapping, rape, aggravated sodomy and robbery. He was convicted and sentenced for the offenses of rape and robbery, receiving a sentence of 20 years on the rape count and 20 years on the robbery count to run concurrently with the sentence on the rape count.
