PER CURIAM.

These are consolidated appeals from orders of discharge under the speedy trial rule. The appeal in Case No. 79-2226 is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See St. Moritz Hotel v. Daughtry, 249 So.2d 27 (Fla. 1971). The order of discharge in Case No. 79-2084 is hereby reversed and remanded for further proceedings on the authority of Butterworth v. Fluellen, 389 So.2d 968
