Gleason, Colo.App., 598 P.2d 145 (1979), which addressed the issue of mistake in connection with the execution of a guardian's release for his daughter's personal injury claim. The trial court had granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment on the ground that any mistake in the execution of the release was a unilateral mistake...
