In this appeal we are asked to determine whether the appellant, a driver for AAA Courier Service, Inc., was properly convicted of violating T.C.A. § 65-1507, which prohibits the operation of a motor carrier as an intrastate common carrier for hire without a certificate of convenience and necessity issued by the Tennessee Public Service Commission.
