Appellant Morgan, a real estate broker and developer, sold a house to Mr. and Mrs. Hawkins, for which the Hawkins executed a promissory note in the amount of $13,500. The purchase price of the house was $54,900, but the Hawkins traded or exchanged other equities for all but the amount of the note. The Hawkins paid nothing on the note and when foreclosure was threatened, filed a complaint against Morgan...
