This is a declaratory judgment action wherein Eunice Breaux Peoples seeks to have the court recognize that the two adjacent tracts of land, owned by her and defendant, Eula Breaux Guidry, contain equal acreage. Plaintiff also asks for the cancellation of a survey recorded by defendant. Plaintiff further seeks damages and attorney's fees.
