On August 25, 1972, a vehicle operated by Lawrence P. Smith was in collision with another vehicle at the intersection of Routes 8 and 9 in the Town of Chester in Warren County. Mr. Smith's wife, Alice Smith, and their two infant daughters, Tamara Smith and Kimberly Smith, were passengers in the vehicle. As a result of the collision, Tamara Smith was killed and Kimberly Smith, Alice Smith and Lawrence Smith sustained personal injuries...
