Winifred D. Looman endorsed and delivered to her father, Frank C. Dinges, 2,100 shares of the common stock of the Shenandoah Telephone Company, valued at $115,000. After the death of the father, this controversy arose between Mrs. Looman, who claimed the stock belonged to her, and the executors of the decedent, who contended the stock was a part of Dinges' estate.
