Jennie F. Newton alleged that she was injured in an accident between two automobiles, one operated by Odell Veney and the other by Gloria H. Raines. Plaintiff was a passenger in the Raines vehicle and claims that both drivers were negligent. On motion of the defendants, separately made, the court struck the evidence of the plaintiff as to each defendant.
