Certiorari was granted in this case to determine whether the consequence of failure to post a supersedeas bond ordered by the superior court pursuant to amended Code § 6-105 (Ga. L. 1972, pp. 738, 740) should be dismissal of the appeal. The Court of Appeals answered the question in the affirmative. Hawn v. Chastain, 154 Ga.App. 609 (269 S.E.2d 50) (1980).
