The petitioners, Wayne Chertow, administrator of the estate of the decedent, Vladimir Nemecek, and Florence Nemecek, the decedent's widow, filed a citation to recover assets seeking the recovery of certain real property which had been conveyed by the decedent to a land trust. The respondents are the First National Bank of Cicero (the Bank), as trustee of the trust, and Jarmila Nemecek...
