Margaret Wood was convicted for violating the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. We reverse.

The testimony adduced at trial showed that appellant was employed as a registered nurse at a Clarke County hospital. Part of her duties included dispensing controlled drugs between the hours of 3:00 p. m. and 11:00 p. m. to patients located on the hospital's fifth floor.
