OPINION

WARD, Justice.

Basically, this suit concerns the claim of the two Plaintiffs to an undivided one-half interest in real estate, the breach of a lease contract where one of the Plaintiffs was the lessee on the real estate, a request for an accounting and damages, and, finally, a partition. Trial on this portion of the lawsuit was to a jury, which answered an issue submitted in favor of one of the Defendants that the three-year statute of limitation...
