Rudolfo A., a minor, appeals from the judgment sustaining a petition under Welfare and Institutions Code section 602 and placing him home on probation. The petition alleged that he "did willfully and unlawfully trespass upon the grounds of a public school, to wit, Cleveland High School, thereby violating Section 63.94 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a Misdemeanor."1
