June C. Davis sued Ramona Conrade Farriell alleging that she was injured when an automobile driven by Farriell struck the rear of a pickup truck in which plaintiff was a passenger. The jury found that the defendant, Farriell, was negligent in "following too close" and such negligence was a proximate cause of the occurrence. Judgment of $5,457.25 was rendered for plaintiff.
