The Petitioner, American Thread Company, has petitioned to review and set aside, and the National Labor Relations Board has cross-petitioned to enforce, an order of the Board finding that Petitioner violated Section 8(a)(3) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act1 by discriminatorily discharging its employee, Mike Lee Sparks. We grant enforcement.
