This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court, York County, denying the defendant's Motion To Vacate Arbitration Award pursuant to 14 M.R.S.A. § 5938(1)(C) and affirming the award of the arbitration panel. The plaintiff-appellee, Unit B, Kittery Teachers Association (Association), is the duly authorized bargaining agent for principals within the Kittery public school system.
