Defendant, Baggett Transportation Company, appeals a trial court judgment awarding the plaintiff, Dan Skinner, workmen's compensation at the rate of $95 per week for 32 weeks subject to a credit for compensation already paid, 12% penalties and an attorney fee of $600 plus legal interest on total compensation due from date of judgment, and for all costs of the proceedings.
