Judgment modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing defendant's sentence to a conditional discharge, the period of which shall be reduced by any time spent in jail plus the period from March 21, 1977 to November 7, 1979. As so modified, judgment affirmed and case remitted to the County Court, Suffolk County, for the imposition of appropriate conditions and for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (subd 5).
