In February, 1970, decedent, Mrs. Walker, bought 1,140 shares of Union Camp Corporation common stock. In March, 1970, she indorsed, negotiated and transferred the certificates representing these shares. Because the transaction was not duly recorded by the corporation or its transfer agent, she continued to receive dividends thereafter.
