This case arises from a default judgment entered against appellant pursuant to Super.Ct.Civ.R. 37(b)(2)(C) for failure to comply with the trial court's discovery order. Appellant argues on appeal that the trial judge erred in (1) entering default against her; (2) denying her motion to set aside the default; and (3) denying her request to participate in the hearing on damages.
