This is a statutory interpleader action brought by plaintiffs, the Co-Administrators C.T.A. of the Estate of Lee Warden, as disinterested stakeholders of a $29,500.00 fund pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1335(a). The Court previously dismissed plaintiffs from the action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2361, and bonds and currency in excess of $29,500.00 have been deposited with the Clerk of Court.
