PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by defendant-appellant Department of Employment from a decision of the Industrial Commission granting unemployment benefits to claimant-respondent Andersen. We reverse.

Claimant-respondent Andersen was attending college at Brigham Young University from September 1, 1978 to April 18, 1979. During that time and until February 28, 1979, he was a part-time employee of the University in the University cafeteria. On February 28, 1979...
