BOOCHEVER, Justice.

Marvin Troyer, Calvin Vincent and Gerald McGahan (hereinafter defendants) appeal their convictions for burglary not in a dwelling. The central issue in this case is whether Troyer and Vincent made confessions at the scene of their arrest. Since we hold that there is substantial evidence to support the trial court's finding that no confessions were made at the scene of the defendants' arrest, we do not address their contention...
