SHULMAN, Judge.

Defendant was convicted of two counts of aggravated assault and one count of aggravated battery. We affirm.

Notwithstanding the trial court's instructions to the jury to disregard a question posed by the prosecuting attorney (which question was not answered by the witness), appellant submits that the court's failure to rebuke counsel in the presence of the jury for the impropriety of his question was in derogation of Code Ann. § 81...
