This is an action for damages for breach of contract and for medical malpractice arising out of an alleged failure to diagnose plaintiff's gallbladder condition. The complaint alleges two causes of action, and at the close of plaintiff's case the circuit court granted defendants' motions for a nonsuit on both causes.
