PER CURIAM.

Appellant Clifford Williams, Jr. was convicted of murder in the first degree and attempted murder in the first degree. The trial judge, choosing not to follow the jury's recommendation of life imprisonment, imposed a sentence of death for the murder and a sentence of thirty years for the attempted murder. Jurisdiction vests in this Court pursuant to article V, section 3(b)(1), Florida Constitution. We affirm the convictions but vacate the death sentence...
