In this diversity case plaintiff seeks to hold defendant liable under an insurance policy for certain damage to a gas well. Plaintiff, Noyes Supervision, Inc., is a Colorado corporation and defendant Canadian Indemnity Co. is the Canadian insurance company which issued the policy involved in this action.
