This is an action against an insurance company, Unigard, to require it to satisfy a judgment against plaintiff that plaintiff contends is covered under a policy defendant issued to plaintiff. Defendant contends that the policy was canceled by plaintiff's agent before the date of the accident that gave rise to the judgment.
