Following a jury trial in the circuit court of Union County, the defendant, Dallas Hawk, was found guilty of two counts of aggravated battery and one count of harassing a witness. He was sentenced to imprisonment for three years on the first count of aggravated battery and to 364 days and a $1,000 fine for harassing a witness. No sentence was imposed on the second...
