Defendant seeks reversal of his conviction for manslaughter in the first degree, ORS 163.118. This is an appeal from defendant's retrial for manslaughter ordered in State v. Harvey, 38 Or.App. 529, 590 P.2d 770 (1979), because of the erroneous admission of an ambulance logbook. In the case before us the logbook was again admitted, and defendant again appeals on that basis...
