The defendant-appellant, The Budd Company, was found guilty of polluting state water in violation of R. C. 1531.29 and fined $150. The Budd Company then perfected this appeal from the judgment of the Bowling Green Municipal Court. Its assignments of error challenge the trial court's construction of R. C. 1531.29. We are asked to determine whether R. C. 1531.29 proscribes the act involved.
