This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court, dismissing the action of Dolores Faciane DeBattista, wife of/and Joseph DeBattista for injuries sustained by Mrs. DeBattista, when she was administered allegedly unwholesome blood, while under treatment at Southern Baptist Hospital.
