HUGHES, Justice.

Stratoflex Inc. obtained a temporary injunction against Donald R. Green, a former employee, and Texlon Hose & Coupling, Inc. (a company formed by Green) to prevent them from using a teflon hose manufacturing process. Stratoflex claims that the manufacturing process is a trade secret which it is seeking to protect.
