Arthur G. Nielson (contestant) opposed the admission to probate of the will of his deceased nephew, Lloyd M. Nielson (testator). At the close of contestant's evidence, the trial court granted the proponent's motion for judgment made pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 631.8, denied the contest and admitted the will to probate.
