Plaintiff, Dennis Taylor, filed this action against seven defendants alleging fraudulent misrepresentations in connection with the commencement of a service station operation. Plaintiff also alleged conspiracy and price discrimination. Following a trial to the court, a judgment of no cause of action was entered for defendants Gasor, Inc., Delbert Taylor, and Jerry Hawkes.
